Within a radius of 500 meters from this apartment you will find: - More than 50 restaurants with traditional and international food: typical Portuguese food, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, tapas, hamburgers, barbecues, and much more. - Supermarkets, - Several places to have fantastic breakfasts and brunches. - Metro station, buses, trains, taxis, city tours, - Monuments: Torre dos Clérigos, Livaria Lello, Museums, City Hall, São Bento Station, many others. - Streets, places and squares: Rua de Santa Catarina, Aliados, Rua dos Clérigos, Mouzinho da Silveira, Cordoaria, many others. - Night area: the main nightlife area is located about 300 meters away, next to the Clérigos Tower, but you will not be affected by the noise of the area. Guest access You will have access to: T0 Kitchenet with a double bed (1,95 x 1,50). A bathroom with shower, with bedding and towels included. We provide shower gel, toilet paper, water, coffee and teas. In the kitchen we always leave some essentials: napkins, salt, pepper, sugar and aromatics. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge. We leave kitchen towels and dishwashing liquid. Everything you need to prepare a good breakfast or another meal. Plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pans and pots. It has cable TV and Wi-Fi available. If you have any special requests, we are always available,send us a message! Breakfast or other meals are not included. Does not have Netflix. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Please be respectful of subsequent guests as the tobacco smell is very difficult to remove. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty of €50. The house has hot water, heated by a 55 liter cylinder. It's about 10-15 minutes of consecutive use. Then, the cylinder is filled again with cold water, and it takes about 45 min. to heat the water again. Other things to note Check-in: after 15h (3pm). Check-out: until 11h (11am). With many entrances and exits, unfortunately it is not possible for us to facilitate early check-in or late check-out, as our cleaning team needs adequate time to clean the apartments. Guests must fill out an accommodation bulletin through our platform, wich access link we send by message in the booking confirmation. It must be filled in with the identification data of all guests. Check-in is only possible after filling out the bulltin. Please fill it out in advance, this makes our work easier, avoiding leaving it until the day of your arrival. Towels and sheets are included, as well as toilet paper and shower gel. Also included: hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has free Wi-Fi. Cleaning of the accommodation during your stay is not included. Breakfast or other meals are not included, nor are foods such as oil/olive oil. Does not have Netflix. No parties or pets are allowed. Please respect silence hours between 22h (10pm) and 7h (7am). Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Please respect the next guests, because the cigarette smell is very difficult to remove.
