The beauty of the hills overlooking the Adriatic sea, in a country house which offers all the comforts. The vaste park surrounding the pool, the unique of the landscapes, the cozy apartments carefully designed will make your holiday unforgettable. The space Completely renewed the room is located on the first floor of a country house surrounded by a beautiful park overlooking the sea. The room (40 sqm) is equipped with a/c, heating system, free wifi ,safe, SMART TVs with international satellite channels. The room is equipped with all the necessary to allow guest to prepare breakfast or snack by themselves. A small fridge, the microwave oven, a nespresso coffe machine, the toaster and a kittle that will make you feel home. The window of the bedroom overlooks the hills and the sea. In the bathroom you can find a comfortable shower, bathrobes, towels and hairdryer. All the furnitures are so that to guarantee your comfort. The towels are changed two times in a week, while a weekly change of linen and pool towels is included in the basic fare . Additional cleanings and change of linen and towels are available on request and costs 40 euro per time. This service can be requested during the booking or you can ask for it during your vacation with 1 day notice period. Guest access During your check in you will receive the room keys and the remote controller of the main gate with all the required information to make your vacation enjoyable . The park and the swimming pool (no life guard service) are available anytime During your stay It will be my pleasure to welcome you on your arrival and assist you during your staying with information on what to do and where to go. As I leave in another part of the house, I will be available for any needs. Other things to note Tourist tax is not included, payable on site: 1,30 euro per night for each person (>15 years old). For your relax, in the swimming pool ( 12 x 6 mts , maximum height 150 cms ) there are sunbeds, umbrellas and chairs. In your room you will find the pool towels.
