The FlyingTheatre Suites are the gem that boasts the top location in the artistic and trendy Kapana quarter. They are housed in the iconic nearly 100-year-old oval-shaped building situated on the central Maroukian square. Step out the front door and melt into the laid-back atmosphere of the cafés, bars, restaurants, galleries and artisan ateliers of the most vibrant locale in town. The space The Sun Suite is bright and warm, and it is all yours to enjoy. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a balcony. The suite features high ceilings typical for the architectural style of its époque and wooden floors. The bedroom and bathroom furniture and doors are custom-made and hand finished, and most of the lighting in the space is handcrafted. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, essential cooking utensils and tableware, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. There is salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea at your disposal. Dishwasher tabs are also provided. The nice small balcony makes you a first-hand witness of the liveliest neighbourhood in town. It offers views of the Bunardjik hill with the monument of Alyosha, the Evangelical church, Djumaya Mosque, the Music Academy and the Holy Assumption Cathedral in the Old Town. Lean on the railing, look around and you can already choose your first stop for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Guest access The suite is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
