Nice apartment, spacious, bright and functional, 2 steps from the free and supervised municipal beach, the bike path (greenway) and the village center with its shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, local producers' store, takeaway dishes and pizzas...). The space 70 m2 apartment, ideal for a couple and two children (possibility to rent it for a couple at €100 per night + platform fee on request). The living area is composed of a large bright room with a living room side and an open equipped kitchen side as well as access to the terrace. In the master bedroom you will find a double bed, a closet and a workspace with desk. In the second bedroom, you will find a bunk bed with a closet as well as children's games. The bathroom has a bathtub with hand shower and a shower head. The toilets are separated. Guest access A covered parking space is reserved for you. The greenway (bike path) is 100 m away, as well as the bus stop. Possibility to have access to the building's bicycle room, on request. Many shops are within walking distance of the apartment, as well as walks by the lake or in the Semnoz. 30 min by bike from Annecy, 30 min drive to the summit of Semnoz, with its breathtaking 360° panorama. Sevrier is the perfect place to spend your vacation on the shores of Lake Annecy, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Annecy.
