Welcome to KIPZ. We are James and Sophie, and we have been part of the Chester community for over 16 years. This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom home offers a peaceful retreat right on the Shropshire Union Canal. This characterful property provides the perfect blend of historical charm and modern convenience. Enjoy a cosy living space and two spacious double bedrooms. With free parking and pet-friendly rules, it's an ideal choice for families, business travelers, and long-term stays! The space This lovely 2-bed character home is situated right next to the Chester Canal. Guests can have a 15 min walk into Chester City. A cosy living room is adjoined by an open-plan living/dining room. Upstairs there are 2 large double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, and rainfall shower Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. Travel cot available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need one. Other things to note Parking is available on street, please note that the street is quite narrow and is based on a first come first served. Paid parking is available 2-minute walk away from the property. Please note TV is digital only, but online services can be accessed to watch. Guests are welcome to use their own electrical items such as chargers, laptops, and hairdryers. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that these devices are safe, in good working order, and compatible with UK voltage (220–240V). Please note that the use of faulty or incompatible devices is at your own risk. We cannot accept any liability for damage, injury, or disruption resulting from personal electrical appliances. Reservation Form & ID: We require completion of our reservation form, which includes agreement to our T&Cs and provision of a government-issued photo ID. Security / Damage: We require a £250 security deposit upon check-in, refundable at check-out if there are no issues at the property, or a non-refundable damage waiver of £40 as an alternative. No Smoking: We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy and will charge for specialist cleaning if this rule is breached.
