St. Lawrence Gap is an active neighborhood. Despite the building itself being nestled on the beach in relative tranquility; shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and water sports are all within a 20 min walk. There is Brazilian cuisine, Mexican, Indian/Thai, Chinese, bistros, local cuisine, seafood, Jamaican and so much more. The bus stops are a 10 minute walk away. Taxi stands are a 1 min walk away. I can also provide you with rental cars, if needed, or a driver to take you around. The building is situated directly on the beach. There are nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a surf school right next door as well, where you can learn to surf or rent boards. Our beach is very quiet, but the neighboring beach is Dover Beach, where you can get some jet skis, hobie cats, enjoy grilled fish, enjoy other beach bars, and more.
