The space Apartment 6   The approx. 75 m² luxury apartment in Binz in the attic is located in the best location in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz and has 3 spacious rooms that are tastefully and exclusively furnished. In the 34 m² combined living and dining area there is a cozy sitting area, as well as a modern fitted kitchen with cooking island. The large dining table can accommodate up to 6 people. A fireplace ensures coziness. From the living-dining area, you can access the approx. 11 m² covered balcony.   Technical equipment includes a flat-screen TV with sound bar incl. Bluetooth as well as an Echo Alexa with internet radio and Bluetooth. Furthermore, there is also a flat-screen TV in each of the 2 bedrooms. An internet connection via Wi-Fi is available free of charge! The fully integrated kitchenette is fully equipped. If you do not want to eat out, invite oven, dishwasher, microwave at eye level, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and a cooking island with a 4-burner induction hob for cooking in the apartment. The floors in the living area and in the bedrooms are made of high-quality vinyl design floor in light gray, which is 100% free of plasticizers and PVC. The attic apartment has 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed 200 cm x 200 cm (allergy friendly) and enough storage space for your wardrobe, as well as a flat screen TV in each bedroom. In addition, two more guests can be accommodated on the cozy sofa bed (200 cm wide)  in the living area. The two exclusive shower rooms feature high-quality, almost walk-in real glass showers. The covered furnished south-east facing balcony offers you morning sun for breakfast, as well as until the afternoon. Please note that smoking is only allowed on the balcony. The roof windows can be shaded. On the ground floor of the house is a sauna, which you can use for a fee. You will also find a coin washing machine and coin dryer. An apartment's own underground parking space for your car is available in the house. The entrance height is about 2.05 m. The apartment can be easily reached by elevator. You can safely park your bikes in the bike room in the basement area.   This apartment is ideally suited for 1 – 6 people. Two beach chairs on the beach from May to September are available free of charge. Bring your own firewood.
