The See Cottage belongs to the first hour of our fascination with the Eifel National Park. We were looking for peace and quiet, wanted to put down the backpack, be ourselves, offer our dogs exercise and freedom. In the Eifel, on the Rursee, we found this peace and the dogs not only had space to run around, but also water. Look forward to wonderful holidays in the Eifel National Park. The space Old becomes new. In June 2019, we were able to complete the interior renovation as well as all major renovation measures. Small things on the facade are still in the process, but by no means impairing. The renovation of the outdoor terrace in the garden will take place in September 2019. We already offer a Weber gas grill to all barbecue lovers. We will gladly provide gas at cost price. We love simple, straightforward design at a high level, individuality, warmth and personality in expression. Thus, in intensive coordination with ourselves, we try to create an atmosphere that does justice to the place and our circumstances. Five bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as 3 toilets, offer even larger families enough space on two floors and 153 square meters to spend relaxing vacation days. We attach particular importance to quality, extensive and upscale furnishings, as well as a fine selection of the best mattresses for sleeping comfort. Guest access Each guest rents the entire house and can enjoy a spacious garden. Dogs are allowed by arrangement. Electric vehicles must be registered. It is not permitted to charge vehicles on the house power. Other things to note Simmerath is a municipality in the city region of Aachen with approx. 15,000 inhabitants. Our house is located in the district of Rurberg, a popular local recreation destination in the Eifel National Park, directly on Lake Rursee. The facilities for daily life (supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc.) can be reached quickly by car.
