The studio is suitable for a couple, it is located on the ground floor... Enjoy the outdoors: table, chairs and umbrella available. The space It's a cozy space with saffron yellow walls. * Double bed (140 x 190 cm) * Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and wall-mounted toilet. * Kitchenette equipped with a fridge under the counter with freezer compartment, microwave, 1-burner induction cooktop, Senseo coffee machine (pods and sugar provided), toaster. Kettle with assortment of teas, herbal teas and instant coffee. There is also a kitchen stock (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) at your disposal and of course all the dishes and linens. * Bistro table, small desk, wardrobe, closet with kitchen utensils. * Outside round table, garden chairs and parasol available. Guest access The studio has a separate entrance. Possibility to park your vehicle in the courtyard closed by an electric gate. I will be there to welcome you and show you the place. In case of arrival after 11pm, there is a key box secured by a code at the entrance of the property. The laundry room and courtyard are shared with potential guests, as there is another rental accommodation overlooking the courtyard. Other things to note If you have a baby, a baby bed with mattress and protection is available free of charge. There is no TV in the accommodation, nor Wi-Fi. (For foreigners passing through France, I can share my connection for 1 hour, so that they can check their email for example). You can therefore use your connection on your phone plan: there is a very good GSM network with all operators.
