Cozy 1-room apartment right in the center of Leipzig in the conservatory high-rise building - only 100m from the main train station. The vibrant city life starts right outside the door. The space The apartment "Opera" is located in the conservatory high house, in the center of the beautiful central German trade fair city of Leipzig. This means a unique city experience for you. The 32m²apartment has central heating and a comfortable bedroom for up to max. 2 people can be accommodated in a double bed. WiFi is available throughout the apartment and free of charge. Children are welcome. The apartment is also well suited for seniors. Long-term tenants are welcome. On request, we will be happy to bring you breakfast, please just ask for the breakfast card upon arrival. Smoking is not desired for the next tenants out of consideration. Towels and bed linen are available and included. If you would like to bring pets, we ask for prior request. A parking space is also available upon request.
