The space The B&B is located in Nebida, a seaside hamlet of the city of Iglesias, about sixty kilometers from Cagliari, on the beautiful southwest coast of Sardinia. The property offers a breathtaking, postcard view of one of the most beautiful coasts in the region. The house is newly built and equipped with all the necessary amenities for both a winter and summer stay, making it ideal for a relaxing and sporty weekend or for a long and adventurous vacation with a base by the sea. Guests can enjoy an outdoor terrace overlooking the sea and the mountain, as well as a garden overlooking the sea. The green room overlooks the mountain behind, from which hiking and mountain biking trails depart, enriched by the remains of an abandoned mine. The B&B offers numerous services, including private parking, bicycle and sports equipment storage, transfer service to/from Cagliari-Elmas airport, laundry service on request, and a shared living area with a living room and kitchen equipped with sofas, TV, bookcase, fridge and microwave. Guests are welcomed with a welcome drink and can take advantage of organizational support for their vacation, with maps and charts available. The B&B is located in a former mining village along Corso Pan di Zucchero, named after the majestic cliff visible from the rooms and terraces. Nebida, despite being a small town, offers supermarkets, bars and typical restaurants, and is well connected by bus to the city of Iglesias. Iglesias is in turn connected to Cagliari and its airport by a convenient train. The area is full of opportunities for outdoor sports, with numerous cliffs for free climbing, hiking and mountain biking trails, and water sports such as diving, canoeing and windsurfing. The B&B supports the organization of guided tours of MTB, trekking, free climbing and cultural and environmental visits in Italian or English, also offering the possibility of renting bicycles and kits for mountain biking, with a small cycle-workshop for repairs. Pets are welcome, and there is support for finding babysitting services in the area. Guest access Guests have access to a variety of amenities and common areas for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Private parking is available for cars and a storage room for bicycles and sports equipment. We offer a transfer service to and from Cagliari-Elmas airport. Guests can enjoy a shared living area, which includes a living room and a kitchen equipped with sofas, TV, bookcase, refrigerator and microwave. The outdoor terrace offers breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains, while the surrounding garden allows you to enjoy a view of the sea. In addition, we provide both paper and digital information material about the area, and we can book visits to local mines and restaurants in the area. Other things to note We are in one of the richest areas for outdoor sports. Dozens of free climbing cliffs (which we practice and love), hiking and mountain biking trails. Water sports such as diving, canoeing, or windsurfing are still feasible. Upon arrival, a tourist tax in the amount of €2 per night per person will be required.
