Our home is ski-on ski-off, located on Raccoon run midway down the Village Chair. The home is very spacious and newly renovated, featuring granite countertops, stainless appliances, 4 LCD TVs, and a game room. The house is stocked with everything you need, just bring clothes and food. For an additional fee, access one of the world's largest indoor water parks at the base of the mountain, an ice skating rink, restaurants & bars, gym, hot tubs, a spa and more. Our home is a wonderful family location. With the two living rooms so the kids and adults can have their own space. Miss Pacman and air hockey are a fun addition to the house. For the junior skiers you can watch them ski/sled down the mountain from your living room. You will be able to access the entire home. We offer a keyless entry system so no need to worry about a key. Our beautiful home is the perfect location at Jay Peak Resort. You will stay right outside of the Village Chair on Raccoon Run. Push the kids out the door early in the morning and they will ski off to their lessons or to meet their friends. Watch the sunset behind the mountain in the afternoon as you sit on the deck watching the last of the skiers shoo home or take an afternoon sled down the mountain or snowshoe right up the side of the mountain. Then come in and cook in the chef's kitchen with all stainless steel appliances or BBQ on the deck with the oversize grill. Your evening can be spent watching the stars shoot across the sky or cuddled up on the couch watching a movie with a warm fire. This three level home with two living rooms allows individual space for the kids and adults to have separate time to enjoy themselves. We wanted to let you know the precautions we are taking to keep everyone safe during Covid. Below is our cleaning policy. When our reliable cleaning staff (we have had a relationship with for the past ten years) enter our homes they will wear a mask and gloves at all times during the cleaning process. Windows are open to allow fresh air and fans are turned on for air flow. All beds are stripped whether they have been slept in or not. This included mattress pads, pillow protectors, sheets and quilts. All items are taken off property to be washed and sanitized. Fresh mattress pads, pillow protectors, sheets and quilts are replaced. All towels are taken off property whether they are used or not.
