Main house guests enter through the front door and then proceed to their PRIVATE, respective apts, each having their own locked apt. door. Central air & heat is shared w/ 2nd upstairs apt. Green Palm Villa apts are in a GREAT location. & have EXCELLENT reviews! We are within a 15 minute walk to downtown Ft. Myers, and the Thomas Edison Home is about 5 blocks from here.The beaches are only about a 30 minute drive straight down beautiful McGregor Blvd. so you can get to the beach easily without having to pay high beach rent!! Being so close to downtown with all it's activities & restaurants is a real bonus for our guests! Our great Publix grocery store, open 7am-10pm, is within a few blocks. The house itself has a fully fenced back yard, lush tropical plants, covered pergola, misters, hammock, gazebo with seating, 2 outdoor dining tables, a grill, and lounge chairs. We provide beach equipment, bikes and golf clubs so there is less for you to pack! The suite is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Smoking/VAPING allowed OUTSIDE the house, in front or back yard. No animals or pets allowed. Guest access Relax in our large, tropical back yard. We have a large covered pergola with seating and misters to cool the air; an extra gazebo with seating; lounge chairs and outdoor dining table & chairs. The screened spa area is great for relaxing at the end of a busy day (adults only).Note: Spa use limited to contract guests only! Many use our Weber grill for outdoor barbecues. Bikes & beach equipment are in storage garden shed in the backyard. WIFI extends to back yard! Other things to note We supply many extras - beach essentials -chairs, coolers, umbrellas, towels, fishing gear, plus bikes to ride in the neighborhood!
