The penthouse apartment was completely renovated during the winter of 2017 (we welcome our first guests in January 2018). The apartment has brand new appliances including washer and dryer. It is located in the Town Square, a 10-minute drive to the Hlíðarfjall ski centre, 5 minutes walking distance from Akureyri's famous church as well as Akureyri Botanical Gardens and the public swimming pool. We recommend having a delicious breakfast at Café Berlin, right next door to the apartment. The space Masterbedroom has double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Sleeping sofa in the living room for 2 persons. Modern and chic 96fm living space in beautiful Akureyri. This is a very clean space with lots of natural light. Guests have everything they need to cook, clean, do laundry, and relax in a beautiful environment and a fantastic location. The location is perfect because it is right downtown next to the quaint shopping street and tons of great restaurants. Guest access You have full access to the apartment. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, large dining/living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower. Other things to note Café Berlin is located in the same building. There you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch with an amazing cup of coffee. Don't forget to try the homemade Icelandic cake! Note that the building has no elevator. The apartments are located from 2nd-4th floor.
