Guest access The apartment, entirely and exclusively available to guests, is located in the heart of the Pigneto district, at the beginning of its pedestrian area, just a 2-minute walk from the metro C "Pigneto" for San Giovanni/Termini Station, from where it is very easy to reach each site of interest and the historic center. There is no lift, but don't worry about your luggage, we can help you! Other things to note - Check-in after 3 p.m. - Check-out within 10 a.m. - Please, ask before booking for check-in/check-out in different hours - Late check-out (possible only if there aren't contiguous bookings) it must be done until 4.00 pm at the latest, and has an extra cost of 40%, to be paid in cash upon check-in - Italian law obliges us to transmit the identification data of our guests to the Lazio Region and to the Rome Police Headquarters.
