The space Azalea Ridge is located in a quiet neighborhood on a small cove on the north end of Lake Lanier with access to the cove from the backyard. Main level: There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and smart TV. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds. Both main-level bedrooms have direct access to the back deck. There's 1 full bath plus a half bath on the main level. The main level living space overlooks the woods and lake with access to the deck. It has a 50 inch smart TV and a large wood-burning fireplace with plenty of seating and a dining/game table. The deck is accessed from the main level and overlooks the woods and cove and has seating, a large dining table and a large gas grill (gas provided). The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker (traditional drip machine), toaster, microwave, blender, cookware, serving pieces and utensils. Terrace level: The terrace level has a private bedroom with queen bed and smart TV, and a full bathroom with direct access. The terrace-level includes a 2nd living space with 50 inch smart TV and access to the lower patio and backyard. The laundry room is also on this level. Loft: The loft level has a spacious private room with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, with a small private balcony overlooking the woods and cove. There’s also a reading nook and access to the upper level balcony overlooking the front yard. Outdoors: The cabin is set back from the road with very easy driveway access (not steep). There's a 2-car carport, large covered RV or boat parking and plenty of parking space on the driveway. The cove and platform dock (1st one on the path) are accessed from the backyard. Depending on lake levels, you are welcome to dock a small boat at the dock, and there is a boat ramp (Nix Bridge Park) less than 3 miles away. Gainesville Marina offers boat rental.
