Rent my apartment (basement flat) in the south of Berlin, for two people with your own sauna! This is a 62 m² large apartment with own entry and a special garden area for AirBNB guests only. The apartment is light and friendly decorated. There are good transportation connections with the city and the surroundings. You can reach the city within 20 minutes. In the close vicinity, you can find restaurants and shopping facilities. Included: bed linen, towels, fast internet The space The separate kitchen area is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, including a ceramic hob, exhaust air system, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, dishes and glasses. The highlight of the apartment is your very own sauna. The sauna is within the apartment. You can also use the beautiful garden and terrace for relaxing and having your meal or your morning cup of coffee outside. New: A special place in the garden for AirBNB guests only (see picture)! On arrival, the beds are freshly made and towels, bath towels and kitchen towels are ready. Guest access The apartment is located in the lower part of my house.
