Granite Hill Lodge is situated in the foothills of the Adirondacks in Fort Ann, NY. Located on 130 acres of private land with trails and short hikes to expansive views. Just 20 min from the Village of Lake George and outlet shopping. From May 20th- September 30th the land is shared with a 20 site campground. The space The space includes a private Game Room with ping pong, air hockey, shuffle board, pool table, bumper pool as well as plenty of board games. The game room has double doors that lead to an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. The game room is heated using a propane heater that would be turned on and off with use. There is also an 80 foot private deck off the house that is a great place for a morning coffee or an afternoon sunbathe. There is a propane grille with propane provided. Guest access The guests will have access to the house and the land. From May 20th- September 30th the land is shared with a 20 site campground. The house shares a driveway but does not share parking or any of the house amenities.
