KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, French press, hot water kettle, blender, all cooking basics, island with bar stools, breakfast nook with table GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens & towels, laundry machines, air conditioning, ceiling fans, closets, area rugs, essentials, pool heat fee $50/night(optional, paid pre-trip - typically only needed Oct - April). Our set temperature to heat/chill the pool is 87 degrees. However, in extreme temperatures, this may result in a 10 degree difference +/-. POOL: Pool heating fee is $50/day. DO NOT remove vacuum from pool as this will result in pool malfunction and guests will be charged for any damage. If the hose is in your way, you can pull the hose out of the pool, but the vacuum MUST stay submerged under water. PETS: Maximum of TWO (2) pets per reservation are allowed at any given time. All pets must be disclosed at time of reservation, and will be permitted with a pet deposit of $400, of which $200 is fully refundable if no damage shall occur. Some pet breeds & sizes may be subject to restrictions. PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles) Garage access can be negotiated on a case by case basis. Guest access Guest has access to everything with the exception of the garage and primary bedroom closet. Garage & closet access can be negotiated on a case by case basis.
