With capacity for up to 14 guests, it offers a private setting surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of the vineyards, fruit trees and vegetable garden. Everything you need for a unique stay! Outdoor areas: Private garden: A spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxing, enjoying the fresh air and spending quality time together. Private swimming pool: Ideal for cooling off on sunny days while enjoying the peace and privacy of the surroundings. Barbecue area: Equipped with an outdoor dining table, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals and dinners in the open air. Functional spaces full of character: 4 floors: The farmhouse is spread across four floors, offering different areas designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Main floor: Features an entrance living area, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a small dining area. This floor provides direct access to the main terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and garden. Upper floor: Includes 4 double bedrooms: 3 with double beds, one of which has a private en-suite bathroom, and 1 with two single beds. This floor also has a shared full bathroom. Attic: The top floor features a shared sleeping area with 5 beds, one of which is a double bed. This space is particularly suitable for younger guests or groups travelling together. Lower floor: A large area designed for relaxing and spending time together. It features a spacious sofa area around a fireplace, perfect for relaxing during the colder months, as well as a large dining table for up to 14 guests, ideal for family meals, celebrations or small corporate gatherings. This floor also features a projector with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity and a 100-inch screen, providing a practical space for presentations, meetings or entertainment. For added entertainment, there is also a pool table, perfect for enjoying fun moments together. The lower floor provides direct access to the outdoor area, where you will find the barbecue, outdoor dining area and swimming pool. There is also a small full bathroom, particularly convenient for taking a shower after enjoying the pool. Accessibility: The property has direct access from the street. The four floors are connected by internal stairs, so this should be taken into consideration before booking, especially for guests with reduced mobility. Guest access Masia Can Lluci is a rural house in Lliçà d'Amunt, Barcelona, ideal for families and groups of up to 14 people. It offers services such as free Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with Moderna appliances. The common areas include a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, games room with billiards and table tennis, and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Outside, the 7,000 m2 estate has gardens, vineyards, fruit trees, orchard, barbecue and a private swimming pool, providing a natural and relaxing environment for guests. Other things to note Tourist Tax: Before arrival, all guests must obligatorily complete the online registration process (check-in), in compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October concerning the registration of travellers. This process includes: • Submission of the details of all occupants of the property • Signing of the accommodation agreement • Payment of the applicable tourist tax In accordance with the regulations in force in Catalonia, the tourist tax applies to all persons over 16 years of age, per person and per night, with a maximum of 7 nights per stay. Payment of this tax is made as part of the traveller registration process and must be paid by bank card. The total amount may include any applicable bank fees or charges associated with the transaction. Completion of this procedure is mandatory in order to access the accommodation. Voluntary failure to comply with this requirement may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. The standard check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you arrive at the property between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, a €20 surcharge will apply. This amount must be paid in cash upon key handover and must be requested in advance. If check-in takes place after 10:00 pm, a €50 surcharge will apply. We ask our guests to use energy responsibly during their stay. If the average utility consumption during the reservation is exceeded, the property reserves the right to request payment from the guests of the difference between the average amount and the actual consumption.
