Cozy and renovated farmhouse from 1884 located in Lliçà d'Amunt for up to 14 people, with an ideal location 30 minutes from Barcelona and Montseny giving the option to enjoy both the city and nature. In a 7,000 m2 estate, outside it has a swimming pool, garden area and barbecue. Inside the Can Lluci farmhouse are distributed: 2 living rooms, equipped kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, 1 toilet, dining room, 4 double bedrooms and the sluts that have 5 more beds. HUTB-004126 The space Our farmhouse with more than 100 years of history has a total capacity of up to 14 people, located on a 7,000m2 estate where you can enjoy the views of the area and its agricultural exploitation: vineyards, fruit trees and orchard area. Outside the house there is a small garden, a private pool and a barbecue area with an outside table. The interior of the house is built on 4 floors. In the main one, which is accessed from the entrance, we find a living room, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and the necessary appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), a small dining area and direct access to the main terrace overlooking the pool and garden. On the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms: 3 with double beds (1 of them en suite with private bathroom) and one with 2 single beds and a full bathroom for common use between the bedrooms. On the next and highest floor are the golfas, a shared space with 5 beds, 1 of them double. From the main floor we can access the ground floor, a large space where we find: a sofa area with a fireplace, a large table for up to 14 people and a pool table. From here we will access the barbecue area, outdoor dining room and pool, where we find a small full bathroom ideal for after a dip. House with direct entrance from the street and internal stairs to access the upper floor. Guest access Masia Can Lluci is a rural house in Lliçà d'Amunt, Barcelona, ideal for families and groups of up to 14 people. The common areas include a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, games room with billiards and table tennis, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.
