We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Telgruc-sur-Mer, this charming lodging of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m² and a terrace. Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space On the ground floor : - A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa, armchair and dining area for 4 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee machine... - A shower room with shower and washbasin. - Separate toilet. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: trundle bed. Outside : - An unfenced garden of 200 m² with a part to be shared with the other gîtes. - A south-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, barbecue, ironing board and iron.
