You will find a relaxing entertainment room in the finished basement as well as 2 additional bedrooms (queen / twin bunks) as well as another full tub bathroom. The best part: the outdoor living space. The views are amazing during all season and times of the year. There is a full outdoor bar that easily fits 8 as well as other seating and dining options. This home is located on Sandusky Bay just 5 min drive from Port Clinton. It is on a quiet dead-end street with very little traffic. It's quiet..... woods on one side of the street and houses on the water on the other. The home is ideal for quiet family get-togethers. No parties or events are permitted. Prior to your arrival u will be given property address and other pre-arrival info. At that time a valid ID (driver's license) is required to verify your identity and that the person booking is of appropriate age and is the person staying. We do NOT accommodate bachelor / bachelorette parties.
