Enjoy a stay in our "Tall Firs Tiny Home" near hiking trails Spencer Butte, Cascades Raptor Center, Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field & UO campus (10 min drive). Neighborhood is currently being developed and construction can be seen/heard from back deck. This tiny home has been renovated inside and out for a cozy stay. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife visitors! A great spot for a getaway or bring the kids for adventures! The home shares property with a second rental house separated by a fence. The space This tiny home shares a 1 acre property with a main house. Spaces are separated with a fence + fir trees and other vegetation create a peaceful space amongst a safe neighborhood. Long driveway sets it off the main road. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and cozy décor. The living area has a TV, pull out bed couch (ideal for small adults or children), two seating chairs and large bay window with bench. Kitchen is updated with new vintage appliances that fit the quaint space. Bathroom has large custom tiled walk in shower. New front + rear decks with gazebo cover, patio furniture and propane firepit overlook a new neighborhood with green scenery - keep an eye out for frequent wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, birds and more! Guest access The tiny home is an additional unit (ADU) on the property - guests will not have access to the main house or its surrounding yard/deck space. Separation of spaces are clear and obvious. Guests will have access to plenty of outdoor space around the tiny home including multiple decks w/furniture, firepit and a large gravel driveway + covered carport. Guests will have access to the entire home except one locked small storage closet. No access to detached shop/storage area at rear of property. Other things to note We want to keep the neighborhood green so please no smoking on the property and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm for all guests to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere:)
