It is located in a resort called Long Island Village, a private island next to South Padre Island. If you like fishing, going to the beach, pool, golfing, and relaxing in luxury, this is the place. There is an additional $90 fee (full stay) from the resort to check-in. The resort allows up to 8 people for each home and two cars. When you get there you will need to pay the $90 dollars (only one fee for the total stay) and you will get wristbands so you can use the pools, jacuzzi, and other fun stuff. Golf course cost is not included but it is very cheap to play golf there. This brand new cottage is located at the beautiful Long Island Village resort. Right next to SPI and the Amenities found at LIV is amazing. Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, golf course, mini-golf, tennis court, ping pong, pool tables etc.
