Have fun with the whole family, located directly on the waterfront in the great pacific northwest. The property includes a private dock to house for a personal boat or jet skis. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just dipping your toes in the water. House includes a beautiful water view, a full kitchen and BBQ for meals, and a fully equipped game room with a foosball table, ring toss, and board games. This house has something unique for everyone to enjoy. The space This house is a single-story home with a fenced-in yard. There are (3) bedrooms, (2) bathrooms, a living/dining space, full kitchen, and game room. There are 3-4 steps leading up to the front patio/door and are roughly 8-10 steps that lead from the back patio to the back yard. To get down to the water/dock area there are roughly 20 steps. 40 feet of water front/shoreline is available to use during your stay. (2) kayaks, and (2) SUP's are available to use, in additional to sunchairs and fishing poles. Feel free to launch your boat or jet ski at the public dock and store dockside during your stay. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire house and surrounding yard on this property. Other things to note This property is on the waterfront. Any water activities are done at your own risk. There is no life guard on duty, please participate in water activities in a responsible manner.
