Up to 4 cars may park in the driveway and there are additional guest parking lots throughout the resort (first come, first served). No grass or street parking or blocking the sidewalk. Violators may be towed at owners expense. Windsor at Westside: Private gated community. We have 2 parking spaces in the driveway and additional parking on the street (first come, first served). The maximum number of vehicles is 5 per house. No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. Violators may be towed at owners expense.
