There are no shared spaces between units whatsoever. -Entrance is facing the street. You'll have access to your own private front porch (great for sipping on your morning coffee) and the deck off of the kitchen (perfect for outdoor dining and hanging out with the family!) -Upon booking, you'll receive your own unique access code to the house that is only good for the duration of your stay. -Only 4 steps to reach the front door (no railings or disability ramps) Other things to note Do note that this is the lower unit of a duplex. Although there are no shared spaces whatsoever, you may hear footsteps upstairs from time to time.
