You will be staying in Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv’s most chic neighborhood, but only a 10 minute walk away from the beach! There is a shelter room (one room at the floor,is a mamad in hebrew). The neighbourhood Neve Tzedek is one of the most picturesque areas in the city, formerly known as the artists’ quarter. The main street is full of cafes, high end restaurants and shopping boutiques, while the small surrounding streets are full of architectural examples of Bauhaus and eclectic style. You can find the new popular Park Hamesila only one minute away, which will lead you straight to the promenade and beach. You are only 5 minute walk away from the famous Rothschild Boulevard and and 10 from the historic part of Jaffa. The amenities The private pool, gym, and spa that the building offers are for the residents that stay at least 15 nights in the apartment (this is a rule of the building management); plus there is underground parking included. The tower has a lobby with a guardian 24/7, which makes it extremely secure, and there are 5 elevators. To make the most out of your stay, we can also provide different types of services such as massage, babysitting, and even food delivery prepared by one of our chefs! High speed WIFI connection with New Smart TV with Cable TV channels+ VOD, Coffee machine. Our concierge service is also at your complete disposal, we are here to help you with anything you might need during your stay. Other things to note Any guest not entering the country on a B2 or B3 (Tourist) VISA will be subject by law to pay 18% VAT (this includes Israeli and dual citizens) Please note that individuals who do not enter the country on a tourist VISA are required by law to pay a 18% VAT. Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit. No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted. Quiet hours 10pm - 8:00am Self check-in with keypad The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival at the apartment. You must complete an online check-in form before your stay The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise. The local law requires every guest to submit an ID card/passport prior to their arrival to the apartment. The towels provided are for its intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit. In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form. Baby cots; Mattresses are included, linens are not supplied for insurance reasons. Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit. A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property. If you need to use the sofa bed, you need to inform our team by message in advance, before arrival, during working days and during working hours, since we need to order them from our laundry company. Please note there is an additional fee of 300nis. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of 450 NIS per stay.
