Mariners Landing has it all - gorgeous views, family fun amenities, and more! Make yourself at home in our lake front two bedroom condo. Relax on the balcony and soak in the stunning views of Smith Mountain Lake. The space This condo is located on the third floor of the third building - Mariners Landing: The Pointe. This condo features two bedrooms and two full baths (one bathroom is a jack and jill from bedroom into living room). There is a king bed in each room as well as a sofa sleeper - perfect for up to 6 guests. The balcony has roll-back windows that are perfect for any weather - close for a sun room or open for fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, utensils, and appliances needed to create your favorite meals from home. All linens are included in rental. We suggest bringing extra beach towels so you do not have to cut into bathing towels, however, there is a washer and dryer - please note detergent not included. You can enjoy the lake view from the kitchen, living room, and balcony. Guest access All guests have access to all of the amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court (equipment not included), playground, game room, walking trails, private beach, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course on site; clubs not rented, contact Mariners Landing Golf Course for more pricing and tee times. There are also a boat launch and complimentary floater docks during the day time. Please let us know if you will be keeping a watercraft in the water overnight so we can provide you with proper tags at the front desk along with taking payment for slip rental. Other things to note There are highways nearby and mile markers on the lake to get you to nearby restaurants, gift shops, and sight seeing. We have boat rentals on site through Mariners Landing Boat Rentals (a branch of Bridgewater Marina). We have a restaurant on site, Heath's Waterfront Grill, that is open Wednesday-Friday 5PM-10PM, Saturday 11AM-11PM, Sunday 11AM-8PM (OPEN APRIL-OCTOBER). Please note that the closest full grocery store (Food Lion) is 10-12 minutes away and a convenience store with a deli about 3 minutes away. When our restaurant is not open or for different style restaurants, the Westlake area has the majority of the lake's restaurants and activities that is about 20 minutes away. All things listed are easy to get to as we can give guests a guide for attractions and restaurants.
