There is a window Air Conditioner to help the heat - but this is NOT central air conditioning NOTE: Playpen/Highchair available upon request OUTSIDE Out back you'll appreciate the huge yard for games including bean bag toss and horseshoes And enjoy the hammock for those treasured holiday naps under the trees! Personally I love the side deck where I can chat the afternoon away. Share laughter and stories around the campfire at night NOTE: Approx. 80 stairs to the beach - and there is loads of beach here! The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund Max occupancy at all times is 6 violation will result in removal without refund. Max 1 well behaved dog is allowed but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
