You'll love this home in our beautiful historic village just 7 miles north of Niagara Falls. Everything in the village including Artpark and the waterfront is within walking distance. Lots of eateries, unique shops and grocery store. Lots of outdoor activities are available including hiking, fishing, biking, jet boating, playgrounds and more. The village hosts many events including the Art Festival, Jazz Festival, Harvest Fest and more. There's plenty to do. Guidebook in house provided. The space You will have access to the entire home which was completely renovated in 2022. The exterior has been remodeled as well. . There are new hardwood floors throughout the first floor and refinished hardwood on the second floor. All appliances are in great shape. Bed and bath linens are included. All bedrooms are on the second floor. We have two full baths, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of space to relax and hang out with your other guests. We hope you enjoy our spacious front porch with seating and our back patio with seating as well as our outdoor fire pit. Firewood is not provided but is available at Tops Markets in the village. We offer our guests free parking for up to 4 vehicles including a boat if you plan to bring one. Your host is accessible 24/7 for all of your needs. Special requests for early check in can be made but not guaranteed. While you are here, there is no shortage of nearby attractions including Niagara Falls, Old Fort Niagara, Seneca Niagara Casino, Fashion Outlets of Niagara, The Niagara Wine Trail and more. Want to visit Canada? Bring your passport and the international bridge is just four miles away. The quaint towns of Youngstown, Wilson and Olcott are just a short drive to the north. Just 7 miles to the south is the world famous Niagara Falls. We love hosting visiting guests of Niagara University which is just 4 miles away. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire indoor space and surrounding outdoor spaces. Other things to note We have a fire pit outdoors for campfires (seasonally). Wood is available at the nearby Tops Market. Everything in the village including our main street with shops and restaurants, our waterfront and Artpark are all within walking distance.
