The space - A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area for 4 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), a TV and access to a small balcony. - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A 7 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the nice days Common area: - A shared (heated) swimming pool with two pools, including one for children, enclosed by a fence and open from June 15 to September 15 (opening dates non-contractual).
