Location, Location, Location!! Welcome to our home, located on the Strawberry Island Canal, part of the Cheboygan River and the Famous Inland Waterways is open for your vacation destination! This home offers 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a spacious living room area, a flat screen TV with sound bar and free unlimited Wi-Fi service! There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a large walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed while the third bedroom has a set of full size bunk beds. We also have a pack and play for the little ones and (1) queen size air mattress with bedding, if needed. There are small dressers/stands with mirrors, closets, and sound machines in all of the bedrooms! In the kitchen you’ll find granite countertops, new appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, a toaster, griddle, cutting boards, wine glasses, and more! Off the kitchen and thru the sliding glass doors, you’ll find yourself stepping out onto the brand new furnished back deck with a hot tub, grill and beautiful views of the River! The spacious back yard offers 160' of private access to the canal. Bringing a boat or renting one? Perfect! You’ll have access to our private dock! You’ll find a fire pit out in the yard near the canal where you can roast marshmallows, sip on a drink, or simply relax in the chairs provided, (or take a nap in one of the two hammocks) while enjoying the views and sounds of the water and wildlife! This beautiful setting is peaceful, quiet and only seconds away from all the action of the Cheboygan River and Mullet Lake! You’ll find 2 kayaks with paddles and life jackets in the garage for your enjoyment along with a large Water Lilly pad! We also provide several beach chairs and lots of beach towels! There’s plenty of ample parking space in the driveway, in addition to the 2 car garage! We do provide all linens, towels, extra blankets, toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, fabric softener, dish soap, and more! We are within walking distance to the North Eastern State Trails for biking & hiking in warmer weather and snowmobiling in the winter! This is the perfect place for an up north getaway, all year round!
