Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway! You'll be surrounded by beautiful aspen trees, mountain views, and still be just minutes to town for convenience. You will have the entire cabin to yourself. Fully equipped kitchen, board/family games, bathroom toiletries and smart TV! 5 minutes to town. 7 minutes to the ski mountain. Wildlife and hiking trails right outside your door! Our cabin is 5 minutes up the road from the middle of town. Outside: The cabin is next to a green space that is perfect for watching wildlife, and if it snows, the perfect sledding hill! The front porch looks out to beautiful mountains, trees, and sunrises. Several hiking trails pass through and are all around the property. There is a long driveway with plenty of parking. Main floor: We love the vaulted ceiling and all the windows looking out among the trees. Our handmade wood table was built to fit the whole family. The gas fireplace makes for a very cozy setting. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom and the laundry. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking necessities (minus the food of course!). Smart TV downstairs you can log into your apps/cable . 2nd floor: The loft area is a perfect place for games and puzzles, and there is even a single bed for extra space. The master bedroom has its own full bath and private balcony to enjoy the mountain breeze. There are corn hole boards stored in the downstairs bedroom with the double bed. We have a Pack-n-Play and a table-top high chair for your littles. We love sharing our family cabin with others, and we ask that you treat our cabin like it's yours. Please be mindful of the house rules: ***Trash must be taken to the community trash cans. They are very close, but due to the location of the cabin, there is no trash service. We consider it part of the mountain experience! • No pets or animals of any kind • No smoking in home • No wet shoes on the carpet! Please place shoes outside or on the rubber mat. • Do NOT feed the wildlife – it will attract unwanted predators and varmints. • No parties • No illegal substances on property • No parking on street • Do not trespass to other properties • Do not leave trash outside - it will be torn apart by wildlife. You will have access to the entire cabin except for the garage, kitchen pantry, and the closet inside the laundry room. You can call, text, or email me throughout your stay. The neighborhood is secluded in the trees just 5 minutes up from the middle of town. The cabin is surrounded by green space so you will have your privacy. We are 5 minutes to town. Easy access to grocery store and ski area. Long driveway with plenty of parking. Guest book with recommendations inside cabin, but happy to give any advice/recommendations! There are 2 exterior cameras on site for security purpose. One monitors the front door and the other monitors the drive and front yard area. They are only checked if there is an issue or when the cabin is unattended to check for wildlife activity.
