Located in the Ponta do Sol condominium, guests were able to enjoy the tranquility and peace amid one of the most beautiful landscapes designed by nature. The house has a swimming pool overlooking Lake Furnas, where one of the most beautiful sunsets in the region is seen. The property is located 6 km from the Capitol Center, where you can enjoy the best bars in the region and a unique and cosmopolitan cuisine. The space The house is equipped with a swimming pool and barbecue area, where you can create beautiful moments with family or friends. The house has four standardized en-suites, containing a double bed and a single bed in each room. It is possible to accommodate an additional guest on an extra mattress per room. The living room has a 53-inch Smart TV with access to several streaming channels. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, such as pots, plates, cutlery, containers, and a blender, as well as salt, sugar, and seasonings. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except the pool engine room. Other things to note We offer bed linens, however we do NOT offer bath and pool towels. We offer a 5% discount for booking the space without bed linens. Note: Guests must communicate their choice of this option in advance.
