The upstairs has super comfy king bed with Roku TV + Netflix, queen bedroom, full bath & open living area with full kitchen & dining. While the private lower level includes a second king bed with TV, queen bedroom, full bath and 2nd living room. Enjoy quiet neighborhood living, with downtown TC just 4.5 miles away. You will have full access to the house with the exception of a couple closets and outdoor shed. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and feel free to hangout in the large backyard and use the gas grill. Stay cool on those warm summer nights with central A/C. Located on the west side, Downtown Traverse City is a short 5-10 minute drive. Twin Lakes Park is right around the corner from the house – offering hiking trails and playground. And the famous Moomer's Ice Cream is less than a mile away. Our home is a quick 5-10 minute drive to downtown Traverse City or to the West Bay waterfront. It's located in a quiet subdivision on the west side of Traverse City. All of the best things are on the west side and the house is very centrally located. The famous Moomer's Ice Cream is just 4 minutes away, Farm Club is 10 minutes, Rove Winery and Jacob's Farm is 5 minutes, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes is 25 minutes. House is located on the west side of Traverse City. A quick 5-10 minute drive gets you to Downtown TC or to the West Bay waterfront. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is a 25 minute drive from the house and the popular Moomer's Ice Cream is a mile down the road.
