Tucked in on a private drive between the Cypress Groves and 30a, this stunning home is a short walk (528 yds) to the beach and a short bike ride to Seaside and shops and restaurants. Bunkroom – upper level: Bringing the fun, this custom bunk room sleeps 6 with two twin beds over two queen beds. The room has an air hockey table. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Family Room: The comfortable living room has room for the entire crew to relax. This space includes a large and stylish sectional to watch movies on the 55” TV. Two lounge chairs and fireplace round out the sitting area. When not watching TV or playing games around the coffee table, take in a game of pool on Saltaire’s 7-foot table. Dining: Pull the family up around the large dining table. The kitchen island adds seating for 6. And if outdoors is your thing, you can enjoy meals al fresco in the backyard around the dining table. Guest house kitchen table seats four. Included is a starter supply of basic amenities including paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, and spices. You may need to supplement this supply based on individual preferences and usage. As a reminder and per your rental agreement, you must depart the appointed check-out time or earlier. If you stay beyond the check-out time you are subject to a a charge of $200 for every 15 minutes which will be charged against your security deposit hold. Other things to note Pool may be heated for entire stay at a rate of $65/day. There is a guest house on property. It has a separate entrance, parking, and amenities.
