Guest access The home is yours to enjoy. The storage room under the home and the sailboat at the dock are both reserved exclusively for owner use. Other things to note *For security, there are 4 exterior cameras; they cover a view from the approach, under the house, and out to the water and also the yard. For any guests bringing a boat, please let us know, as you will need to sign an additional hold harmless/liability waiver document that we can send to you either through Airbnb or through Ziplogix Digital Ink signing software. We also ask that you upload a copy of your boat insurance and registration--through Airbnb messaging is easy and should work fine.
