Ocean Pines swim pool, tennis, and golf club daily or weekly (individual or household) memberships are sold separately by the OP Association to summer guests. LINENS: New for summer 2025 the 78th Street and Coastal Highway, Ocean City Beach & Linen Rentals Service will provide basic linen service for 6 guests at no additional charge. Included are towels for 6 persons (bath and hand towels, and wash cloths) as well as sheet sets and pillowcases for 2 queen beds and 2 full mattresses (for the full-on-full bunk bed) -- more than $100 value. (Please note that sheets are NOT included for the full sleep sofa included.) Important: Your linens will be left on the screen porch on your arrival date. However, the OC linens service will charge $25 if their linens are not left on the porch for return upon the guest’s departure...Please promptly inform Owner if there is any difficulty. PILLOWS: We provide new pillows each season but recommend bringing your own which should be more comfortable. Nearest Tourist Beach is Ocean City at 5 Miles (10-12 minutes drive), small beaches line the river near the cottage and are accessible by boat. OCEAN PINES BEACH CLUB (OCEAN CLUB), located in Ocean City between 49th & 50th streets oceanside, offers oceanside swimming pool, snack bar, tiki bar, beach volleyball, showers, restrooms, lockers and private parking (Weekly Parking & Swim Passes are sold separately by the Ocean Pines Association). NOTE: A PARKING PASS AND ID CARD IS PROVIDED FOR YOU USE AT THE OCEAN PINES BEACH CLUB ON THE OCEAN IN OCEAN CITY MD, STARTING IN JUNE. THE "ID CARD" IS FOR USE OF THE REST ROOMS AT THE OCEAN CLUB HOUSE. AS OF SUMMER 2017 THE OCEAN PINES ASSOCIATION IS NO LONGER ALLOWING GUESTS TO USE OWNER'S SUMMER LONG SWIM PASSES BUT SWIM PASSES CAN STILL BE PURCHASED BY GUESTS AT THE ASSOCIATION ADMIN BUILDING OR AT THE DOOR. SWIM PASSES ARE GOOD FOR ALL POOLS ON THE DAY(S) THEY ARE VALID. TENNIS, & GOLF CLUB memberships also are available through the OP ASN for an additional fee. OCEAN PINES SKATE PARK The Ocean Pines Skate Park was opened on June 13th 2009. Over two years of planning and design went into the skate park to bring this valuable resource to the youth of the community. Designed and built by Artisan Skate Parks, the park is the latest recreational outlet offered by Ocean Pines. The skate park is open to all registered community members and registered guests. .Skaters must complete a signed waiver in order to enter and skate in the park. Park is open 8am to dusk. Guest access The upper level of the cottage includes 3 BRs, 2 Full Baths (including a Mb shower and hall bath tub and shower), LR, DR, Kitchen, and Sun Deck and Screen Porch. The lower level is private for the owners boat and tool storage. Other things to note A full information package will be mailed out to you well prior to the week(s) you reserved.
