OCEAN PINES BEACH CLUB (OCEAN CLUB), located in Ocean City between 49th & 50th streets oceanside, offers oceanside swimming pool, snack bar, tiki bar, beach volleyball, showers, restrooms, lockers and private parking (Weekly Parking & Swim Passes are sold separately by the Ocean Pines Association). NOTE: A PARKING PASS AND ID CARD IS PROVIDED FOR YOU USE AT THE OCEAN PINES BEACH CLUB ON THE OCEAN IN OCEAN CITY MD, STARTING IN JUNE. THE "ID CARD" IS FOR USE OF THE REST ROOMS AT THE OCEAN CLUB HOUSE. AS OF SUMMER 2017 THE OCEAN PINES ASSOCIATION IS NO LONGER ALLOWING GUESTS TO USE OWNER'S SUMMER LONG SWIM PASSES BUT SWIM PASSES CAN STILL BE PURCHASED BY GUESTS AT THE ASSOCIATION ADMIN BUILDING OR AT THE DOOR. SWIM PASSES ARE GOOD FOR ALL POOLS ON THE DAY(S) THEY ARE VALID. TENNIS, & GOLF CLUB memberships also are available through the OP ASN for an additional fee. OCEAN PINES SKATE PARK The Ocean Pines Skate Park was opened on June 13th 2009. Over two years of planning and design went into the skate park to bring this valuable resource to the youth of the community. Designed and built by Artisan Skate Parks, the park is the latest recreational outlet offered by Ocean Pines. The skate park is open to all registered community members and registered guests.Skaters must complete a signed waiver in order to enter and skate in the park. Park is open 8am to dusk. The upper level of the cottage includes 3 BRs, 2 Full Baths (including a Mb shower and hall bath tub and shower), LR, DR, Kitchen, and Sun Deck and Screen Porch. The lower level is private for the owners boat and tool storage. Owner is always happy to assist with any question or problem at the email and phone contact information provided. Besides being in a great community with lots to do and minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and easy trips to nearby beach resorts, Coastal Cottage is located on a tidal estuary ideal for crab habitat (see the commerical crab boats acrosss the water around sun rise) and on a circle that invites taking morning or evening walks with the family. Street parking is available in addition to off-street parking for 4 cars at the cottage. Parking is generally available after 4:30pm at the Ocean Club on 47th Street for walks along the beach without buying a weekly pass. A full information package will be mailed out to you well prior to the week(s) you reserved.
