The space Cleo in the Village is a detached 3,000 + sq. ft. home spread across three levels. It’s one of four standalone single-family homes located on our private street. Each home is completely independent—no shared walls! The only shared areas are the driveways, uncovered parking spots, and the central courtyard. 🏡 A Little About Your Accommodations: Upon entering Cleo in the Village, you'll go up five steps to reach the first level. On this floor, you'll find: 3 bedrooms, including: A master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe closet. A living/family room with a large HD TV and a PlayStation 4 console (a great game area). A second full bathroom, located between the two additional bedrooms—each of which features two twin-size beds. 🍽️ 2nd Floor: Accessed via an internal grand spiral staircase, the second floor includes: A fully equipped kitchen A breakfast nook A living room A dining room A half bathroom A 4th bedroom with a queen-size bed 🛏️ 3rd Floor Loft: Accessed by a small spiral staircase (ideal for kids or young Adults), this open loft area features: Two twin beds A cozy seating area with a small couch 🌊 Location: Cleo Beach is just a 5-minute walk from the house. Other things to note Laguna’s Cleo Beach FOSS125 Beauty can sometimes be found in some of the most strangest of places. Only 200 yards off the coast lies a shipwreck known as “Cleo Street Barge.” The ship may have sunk, but divers who have visited will tell you life has just taken a new meaning there. Sea life has taken over the ship, and it is a sight to be seen. Take a stroll down to Forest St. and browse through the local boutiques, or dine at one of the many delicious eateries. Along the way, drop by Peppertree Lane for a scoop of heaven at Gelato Paradiso!! Trust me, YOU’ll THANK ME. AN ABSOLUTE MUST! No visit is complete without taking a complementary trolly ride over to the worldly known Sawdust Festival- a perfect place to admire extraordinary creations by so many of our talented artist! Every second Thursday of every month, the Laguna Art Museum puts on a show with musicians and artists. There’s also a monthly art walk on the first Thursday of every month. Gallery Row offers an up-close look at the art through many different fine and contemporary galleries. To the south, a couple blocks from this beautiful home you’ll find yourself along Laguna Beach’s HIP District and Woods Cove. Continue heading south and enjoy 1000 Steps Beach, the Pirate Tower of Victoria Beach, the MontageCoves, Treasure Island Beach, or the seal covered rocks at Table Rock Beach. Spend your day at some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, swimming, paddle boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, boogie boarding, or even just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunny weather, while watching some of our most talented surfers and skim boarders do what makes them amazing! This elegantly furnished property is open and airy with lots of natural light and plenty of space to relax! Other things to note…. * Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is 10AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. If possible, we will try to accommodate your early check-in or late check out (at no additional cost ). *The property has keyless entry. Every new reservation receives a “new “code” to ensure extra security. * Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay.
