ONE OUTDOOR POOL IS NOW OPEN! Beach access stairs destroyed in hurricane, current access at north side of building. The pool outside our balcony is still closed. Roomy suite has a bedroom with 2 Helix queen beds & can be closed off from the living/kitchen area with a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean! Watch the sunrise as you sip coffee on the balcony, or a beverage watching the dolphins & surfers. Directly across the street from a shopping plaza. Parking is in the lot to the south The space POOL IS NOW OPEN! Our beach access stairs were destroyed in the hurricane, so current access is via the public ramp on north side of building. Have some work to finish? Plug your laptop into the monitor and get it done quickly so you can join your friends down at the poolside tiki bar. Or watch some TV on one of 2 smart TVs. Oceanfront suite has a big bedroom with 2 queen beds and a 54" TV. You can close off the bed/bath area from the living/kitchen area. KITCHEN: The kitchen has a full-sized fridge with separate freezer compartment and a 2-burner stove so you can prepare everything from a can of soup to a gourmet meal and serve it up at the breakfast bar or the dining room table. Everything from wine glasses to spatulas and pans (an even a Ninja oven) will be found for your use. Sit at the breakfast bar and enjoy your morning coffee, or get up early and see the sunrise over the Atlantic from your pool-view balcony. Close the door separating the 2 areas for more privacy. 2 new Helix hybrid mattresses (one Dawn, one Midnight) will give you a great night sleep so you can get up tomorrow and enjoy Daytona all over again. CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple! Guest access House Rules: - No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay. - No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation. - Quiet hours from 10pm-9am - Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours. - Damage deposit of $400 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed - No booking for another person, this is a platform rule. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21 - A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.
