Located in Lower Moonridge, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home will provide an authentic cabin experience with its stunning interior design and decor that compliment the natural landscape of the surrounding Big Bear mountains. As you step inside the home, beautifully crafted wood-paneled walls and ceilings will catch your eye. Matching wood floors bring the cabin aesthetic to life, making the home feel warm and cozy. Two armrest chairs sit in front of a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, the perfect place to defrost after a long day in the snow. Spend your evenings unwinding while watching your favorite movie on the mounted flatscreen t.v. The large countertops in the kitchen give you plenty of meal prep space for cooking. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, you’ll have all you need to cook up an amazing meal. A coffee pot and electric kettle are provided so you won't have to leave the cabin to enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning. Head outside to the back deck which leads you directly into a fully-fenced yard. Sit beneath the shade of tall pine trees as you let the kids explore and search for pine cones. Listen to the relaxing sounds of nature as you roast marshmallows over the fire pit beneath a star-filled sky. Around the corner in the front yard is a built-in propane grill, perfect for barbecuing steaks while you enjoy the incredible Big Bear weather. Sleeping arrangements can be found on both floors of the home. The first bedroom is the master bedroom and is located on the main level. A plush queen-size bed sits against two sets of windows giving you stunning views of the surrounding trees from the comfort of your bed. This bedroom offers the privacy of your own attached master bathroom and includes a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are located upstairs and include two twins and a full-size bed. The slightly vaulted ceilings in these bedrooms make them feel open and spacious while the windows provide plenty of natural lighting. You’ll love the convenient location Fairytale Place offers. Visit the animals at Big Bear Alpine Zoo which is less than a mile away. Bristlecone Hiking Trail is only a 3-minute drive from the home and provides incredible views of the surrounding mountains. During the winter, Bear Mountain Ski Resort is only a 5-minute drive, giving you fast access to the slopes and tubing hills. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.   Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. Other things to note The home you have booked has a floor grate connected to the furnace. This can get hot to touch, please avoid touching it with bare skin.
