The house is located in a quiet street, but in a mixed residential/industrial area. The surrounding neighborhood isn't impressive, however it’s safe, people are friendly, house is well kept in walking distance to everything the area has to offer, including Seaside Park beach, Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater, University Of Bridgeport, bars, a comedy club, access to I-95, train station and the Long Island Ferry. Seaside Park offers walking, jogging, bike rides, waterfront playgrounds and a beach. The space There are 4 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new, stainless steel appliances and office for those who works from home. Besides that there are 2 additional work spaces with desk, chairs and lamps. In addition to the interior features we offer patio with outdoor furniture and gas grill. Guest access All spaces are available only for the guests. Other things to note We request that any smoking vaping or marijuana be done outside at least 10 ft away from closed doors. Also there is absolutely no smoking or vaping or marijuana use allowed inside the house. Violating this rule will lead to a $300 fine and booking cancellation if not strictly followed. We also prefer no drugs, smoking or vaping items are even brought into the house but kept in the guest's car. We also request that when guests cook they use the vent fans above the kitchen stove to extract excess smells. All this is done to provide the best experience to everyone who visits our property.
