Charming independent winegrower's house, in the heart of the village amid vineyards, between the Aude and the Canal du Midi. All amenities are within walking distance (restaurants, shops and supermarkets). Ideal for discovering the region, its many tourist and cultural sites, its vineyards in Minervois, Corbières and Clape, and its beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea. 15 minutes from Narbonne, its cathedral and boats along the Robine Canal, and the Grands Buffets... The space The home has 2 floors. On the ground floor, a dining room with fully equipped open kitchen and a large living room with garden and pool views. Upstairs, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 with ensuite shower room and a family bathroom. Outside, a landscaped garden without direct and closed neighbors, a private 7 x 4 m swimming pool with sunny wooden terraces and sun loungers. The pool is not fenced but secured by an alarm. A summer kitchen equipped with plancha, gas barbecue, fridge… opens onto a shaded terrace with dining area. Another semi-shaded terrace with hammock and lounge will allow you to relax and have an aperitif. For your leisure, bicycles and a ping pong table are at your disposal. Linens and cleaning are optional and can be provided upon request. Sheets + towels: €15/person per stay. Cleaning fee upon request. Guest access Two cars can park inside the yard, and other free parking is available in front of the house. Other things to note 15 minutes from Grands Buffets. A few minutes' walk or bike ride from the pretty village of Somail, you can stroll along the Canal du Midi. 30 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan with its wooden chalets on stilts. 40 minutes from the City of Carcassonne, and Spain is only an hour's drive away.
