Our units are fully furnished with a kitchen. Extras such as a pool bar and a fitness center are there to bring your vacation to the next level. We have all of your bases covered so your only job is to kick off your shoes and sink your feet into the white sand beaches overlooking St. John Island. The space This is a 2 Br Presidential condo with a king bed in each bedroom. Not all condos have a view of the water, however upon request, although not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate! It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $99 for a new guest certificate. Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.
