It offers views of the woods 🌲 and is south-facing. The accommodation consists of: - you enter through the living room/dining room/open kitchen, including 2 sofas, TV and Wifi, a large sideboard, a wardrobe, a modular table for up to 8 people with chairs for friendly meals as well as a small well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, cleaning equipment as well as a welcome tray filled with coffee/tea/herbal tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil. - You will also find the “kids'” bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a large closet, as well as a first bathroom with bathtub 🛀 toilet, double sinks, and hairdryer. - Then, upstairs in the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (including one queen-size bed, which can be converted into 2 single beds if needed), a Wi-Fi-connected work area with a desk 💻 and a bookcase (containing a few books and board games), combined with the laundry room, which is equipped with a clothesline and ironing facilities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and a washing machine, and a separate toilet. Guest access The apartment is located in a quiet residence, on the road to Châteauvieux towards St Laurent de Vaux - Messimy, 700 m from the village of Yzeron and about 30 km from Lyon. You can park in the parking lot at the top left of the building. Guests can take advantage of the common terrace on sunny days, or as a smoking area. I specify that there is no elevator to reach the apartment on the 1st floor and that it also has steps because it is a duplex. You have access to the whole place except for a small closet that serves as a linen storage. Other things to note The nightly rate shown is based on 5 people, and then there is €12/night for each additional guest. The other apartments in the residence are mostly occupied by tenants who live there year-round. Please respect the calm of the neighborhood. Parties are, of course, forbidden.
