The space This duplex apartment in the "Les Balcons de Lyon" complex is unusual due to the layout of its kitchen with 3 islands, as well as the cathedral-style living room adorned with beautiful beams, alcoves and large rounded windows that give it an undeniable charm. ✨️ With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs and 1 office, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. It offers views of the woods 🌲 and is south-facing. The accommodation consists of: - You enter through the living/dining room/open-plan kitchen, which includes 2 sofas, a TV and Wi-Fi, a large sideboard, a wardrobe, a modular table for up to 8 people with chairs for convivial meals, as well as a small, well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, cleaning supplies, and a welcome tray with coffee/tea/herbal tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil. - You will also find the "children's" bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a large wardrobe, as well as a first bathroom with a bathtub, 🛀 toilet, double sinks, heated towel rail and hairdryer. - Then, upstairs in the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (including one queen-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds if necessary), a workspace with Wi-Fi and a desk, 💻 and a library (with a few books and board games), combined with the laundry room equipped with a drying rack and ironing supplies, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail and a washing machine, and a separate toilet. All the beds will be made upon your arrival, and you will have bath towels as well as bath mats and a dish towel for the kitchen. Long-term stays of up to 60 nights are possible. Guest access The apartment is located in a quiet residence, on the road to Châteauvieux towards St-Laurent-de-Vaux-Messimy, 700 meters from the village of Yzeron and about 30 km from Lyon. You can park in the parking lot at the top left of the building, not in front of the terrace. Thank you. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace on sunny days, or use it as a smoking area. Please note that there is no elevator to get to the apartment on the 1st floor and that it also has stairs because it is a duplex. You have access to the whole place, except for a small closet that is used for storing linens. Other things to note The nightly rate shown is based on 5 people; thereafter, it is €12/night for each additional guest. The other apartments in the residence are mostly occupied by tenants who live there year-round. Thank you for respecting the quiet of the neighborhood, and parties are of course prohibited. No smoking allowed, vaping is tolerated. Pets are not allowed. Outdoor meals on the common terrace are possible; an umbrella is available in the closet at the entrance of the apartment. However, no barbecues!
