Greener Pastures is a newly renovated cozy 3 bedroom home nestled in the heart of Canyon, three blocks from the square, 5 minutes from WTAMU and 15 minutes to the Palo Duro Canyon. While it may be older, it is clean and very cute! At Greener Pastures you can enjoy a large back yard and covered patio with friends and family!! Relax on hammocks, play on an oversized Connect Four or even a game of Bocce Ball. In the evening sit under the lights and enjoy a fire. Whether you're staycationing locally, visiting Palo Duro Canyon, here for WT, business trip, need extra room for guests during the holidays, or just simply want a weekend getaway we hope we exceed your expectations! The house is completely private & yours for your stay. There are no shared spaces. Greener Pastures is always tastefully decorated for holidays too. The home itself has 3 bedrooms, office located in 3rd bedroom, large big comfy couches that all recline in the living space, refinished hardwood floors throughout the house, and huge outdoor covered patio that is perfect to play games or just hang out by the fire. Guest access Full use of amenities including all appliances; washer, dryer, oven, stove, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, hand mixer, blender, insta pot, griddle and fully stocked housewares such as dishes, glassware, pots, pans and even more (just check the cupboards & you'll see it!) We also leave dish soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener sheets, and cleaning supplies. For your convenience, there is shampoo, conditioner and body wash to use during your stay. Other things to note The office space is in the 3rd bedroom where the bunkbeds are located.
