Full-size dresser and oversized closet. Hall Bathroom: Well-appointed with cotton towels and individual luxury toiletries. Separate Guest House (Third Bedroom): Comfortable full-size double bed. Mini-fridge. Keurig coffee machine with capsules. Lovely breakfast table with two chairs. Interior Features: Luxurious design throughout. Living Room: Tan leather sofas. Dining Room: Pool view. Small Office Nook: Dedicated workspace. Modern Kitchen: White cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, mosaic tile backsplash, fully equipped for culinary adventures. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including: Private heated swimming pool. Outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. Lounge area for sunbathing. Outdoor games. Free WiFi (network details and password in the guestbook). Guestbook with local dining recommendations, nearby attractions, and helpful tips. EV charger for electric cars (download AmpUp app, minimal fee of approximately $2.00 per kW applies). Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated. There is a required pool fence for child safety around the pool. It can be opened if there are no children in your group, but must be put back into place before checking out. We provide free Wifi, our network and password will be in our guestbook where we include places to dine, nearby attractions, and other tips. Other things to note We have an EV charger for your electric car! You just download the ampup app and you can charge your car. There is a minimal fee of approximately $2.00 a kw. We have outdoor security cameras and noise detection systems. Please do not cause outside noise disturbances after sundown. The trash bins must be taken out on designated trash days.
