Please come and enjoy this 3 bedroom 1 bath centrally located, blissful Bungalow! Perfect for hosting families or any group ready to visit the island. It's completely upgraded and has so many great spaces inside and outside of the property. The sounds of the birds and the ocean will put your mind at ease. The perfect getaway 🌴 The space There are 4 bunks strong enough to hold adults or kids, a luxurious queen bed and a massive King. There's a beautiful stand up tile shower, an inviting and comfortable living room and a charming dining area with a fully stocked kitchen!  All of the rooms have very comfortable sheets and towels, complete with any toiletries you may need. During the afternoons or evenings enjoy either the covered front porch, the back porch or the Massive back yard complete with a fire pit and hammock chair. For the mornings, we supply both Kcups and fresh ground coffee from a Galveston supplier in our mini barista area of the kitchen. If you'd like to enjoy the beach, it's a 10 minute walk and it puts you at the middle of the seawall. It's also within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, resorts and things to do! When you are done playing at the beach, feel free to use the outdoor shower complete with both hot and cold water! The home offers 2 smart TVs, high speed internet, and central AC that will cool you off at the end of a sunny day. Please keep in mind, this home is very close to the coast. There are insects on the island, and although I have a company come out regularly, you may still come across a bug or two. Guest access To unlock the door, you will put in your assigned code. WAIT for the door to unlock completely.... then open the door. To lock the door, you push the lock button only. Parking is free and there's plenty of room in the driveway and on the street. Limit 4 cars, special approval required by host for additional. Doors are all remote key controlled. You will be assigned your code before Check in.
