There is a large wrap around terrace with a dining set for 6 (can fit 8), patio furniture that can seat 8 and a gliding egg shaped chair. We also have a coffee table and chairs for two right off the master suite. The entire interior is just over 1,300sqft while the entire private outdoor area is just over 350 sqft. Kitchen - fully stocked with dinnerware for 8 guests, coffee mugs, toaster, blender, keurig machine with keurigs, salad bowls, silverware, baking set, and everything you need to cook a feast Each room has a smart TV and there is cable in the master bedroom and living room. There is also high speed internet that will allow everyone to connect with no issues There is one private parking spot in the garage. If you want access to the private parking you must notify us 24 hours in advance and it's an extra $200 fee. If the parking garage sticker is lost upon check out there is an extra $200 fee as well. Pets are an additional fee of $200 each per stay. No smoking inside or outside or there will be a $1,500 fine. Below is some important information that will help answer some commonly asked questions: - There is a public parking lot on the street for a minimal cost. There are several free parking spots directly across the street at a first come basis. - The building has a gym on the 3rd floor. You need the key fob to enter - If you lose a key fob you'll be charged $100 for each one lost - Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 11am. If a guest doesn't leave by 11am sharp, they will be charged $150. - There is a doorman M-F 9am - 5pm - There are 2 key fobs that will give you access to the front front door of the building, gym and rooftop pool - There is a very luxurious rooftop pool and hot tub. Guests must follow the rules or any fines issued to host will be sent to guests to pay - Pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee for each pet due to the extra time and effort it takes to clean -There is a smart TV in every room with high speed internet as well. The Master bedroom and living room have cable TV too -The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware and cooking utensils - The condo is located on the Bay in Bay Harbor Islands where there are lots of incredible restaurants and bars with only being less than a mile walk to the beach -All towels must be left in the unit upon check out.
